Recent additions to the resort include the state of the art, Hibiscus Spa and Governor’s Ballroom. The spa’s 7000 sq. ft. facility offers fifteen treatment rooms, two steam and sauna rooms, whirlpool and vichy showers and a seasoned staff to offer massages and a variety of treatments to rejuvenate the body and soul.
The Governor’s Ballroom is positioned on the north side of the property and has 5600 sq. ft. of function space. Its west exposure has ground to ceiling windows overlooking the Caribbean Sea. The lawn patio area offers a spectacular setting for cocktail receptions, luncheons and coffee services. Complimenting this ballroom and on the south end of the resort is our Galleon Ballroom with an additional 2600 sq. ft. It too has a pre-function area ideal for registration, breakfasts and breaks.
Our award winning Casa Havana restaurant is the only Four Diamond rated restaurant in the Cayman Islands and features a diverse menu including Cuban-Asian fusion cuisine.
