Doc Greg is the best Chiropractor I've ever been to. He has the magic touch! I had a long-term pain in my leg that he got rid of in a few short visits and managed various back and neck issues over the years. Lucky Cayman - I have to get on an airplane for a long time to see him now. Our loss, your gain. You will enjoy your visits with Greg and feel much healthier afterwards.
Rob G., Canada
After 30 years of practice in his busy office in Calgary, Alberta, where among his patients he treated Olympic and nationally rated athletes, Dr. Greg decided to exit the fast lane. His international search for the best place to settle led him to Grand Cayman Island, where he could still do what he loves, and enjoy the slower pace of the islands.

Dr. Lippitt has significant experience in the following techniques:
• Graston
• Mulligan
• Medical Acupuncture
• Butler
• McKenzie Protocol
Originally developed by athletes and orthopedic surgeons, Graston Technique is an innovative patented form of instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization that enables clinicians to effectively treat acute and chronic soft tissue injuries. The technique breaks down scar tissue, reduces swelling and inflammation, increases range of motion and reduces pain and restriction in tissues. The tools, which are specifically designed for various regions of the body, are applied to the injured area resulting in fast relief. Graston is particularly effective for sports injuries and is presently used by all NFL and NHL teams as well as other professional sporting organizations for treatment of their athletes.
Mulligan is a physiotherapy technique that involves end range loading of a joint. This in turn stretches the deep intrinsic structures of the injured joint. It is found to increase range of motion and decrease pain and is very effective in treating both osteoarthritis and bursitis of the hips before surgery may be required. Dr. Lippitt has treated hundreds of patients with this technique resulting in extraordinary results.
McKenzie Protocol uses exercises to effect the internal dynamics of the spinal disc which are often the root cause in spinal pain. It is an excellent treatment for acute and chronic spinal pain, sciatica, and disc problems.
Medical Acupuncture is a variation on traditional acupuncture in that the practitioner correlates treatment with knowledge of the anatomy and injured tissues. The goal of the treatment is to relieve muscle shortening which presses on and irritates spinal and/or peripheral nerves and other structures such as spinal facet joints. The result of the treatment is threefold:
• a stretch receptor in the muscle is stimulated resulting in the muscle being relaxed
• the insertion of the needle causes a small injury to the area resulting in initiation of the healing process
• the electrical potential in the muscle following insertion of the needle helps the nerve function normally again.
CHIROPRACTIC
Though it may feel like a miracle, the principle of chiropractic is simple. When the body is well aligned, muscles, joints, and ligaments function together with greater ease. Perhaps even more importantly, chiropractic care helps prevent injuries that can result from overtaxing a particular part of the body that may be compensating for those that aren't functioning as well. Through chiropractic the body gets a tune-up. We're ready to roll— more efficiently and with a greater sense of well-being.
