The Venetia at South Sound development was designed with a desire to bring a community together, to have a neighborhood where people know each other. Where kids can play in the streets and be safe. The uniformity of the home design was intended to create equalness and symetry within the community. However each home is unique and reflects each home owner's sense of style.
The Principals of L&N design build bring 50 years of experience to the table. Neil started out in 1997 working for Island Builders. His technical expertise and practical insight brings a level of precison to every detail of each project. From 2003-2009 he was Assistant Manager of Corporate Services at Deutsche Bank which adds a benefical layer of financial expertise to the package. In 2013 Neil took the LEED for Homes course and then joined the Green Builders Association and has attended conferences. In additon he has done extensive independant research relating to hurricane strapping, sesmic reinforcement, insulation vs outsulation and AC system design.
Liz studied interior/fashion design and business at university and then went to obtain a real estate license in Kentucky in 1994. What lead her to real estate was her side-career of purchasing, renovating and selling historic homes. Today her practical hands on knowlegde of construction surpises many people. It is uncommon for a women to know so much about construction. Her first home was completed in Kentucky in 1986 and she has been in real estate in Grand Cayman since 1997 and created The Venetia in 2003.
