Ben initially joined the SteppingStones team back in 2018 before heading back to the UK in late 2019. After a successful stint back in England, he rejoined the team in July 2021 as a Recruiter specializing in Technology whilst still supporting the rest of the team with vacancies across several industries.
As the Cayman Islands become more and more technology-focused, Ben is very well-placed to assist clients and candidates with a wide variety of requirements. Ben has already started to establish himself as the go-to Tech Recruiter in the Cayman Islands and is already working with a very impressive portfolio of companies on-island.
Outside of work, Ben enjoys playing a variety of sports including Tennis and Football. When he isn’t exercising, you can find him eating/drinking in one of the many restaurants (mainly Casanova!) or topping up his tan on the beach.
Luisa is a Caymanian who has spent the last ten years studying and working abroad in Canada and the UK before moving home to pursue a new career in recruiting. Luisa has a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and Creative Writing and has recently completed a Master of Arts in Creative Writing and Publishing. Luisa’s experience includes internships in multiple HR departments, working at a prestigious Canadian boarding school, and coaching a university rowing team. A newcomer to recruiting Luisa is keen to learn about the industry and train under the incredible team at SteppingStones.
When she is not working Luisa enjoys cooking for her family, writing poetry and short stories, and swimming in the beautiful Caribbean Sea.
Tracy-Ann a native from Barbados, relocated to the Cayman Islands with her husband in 2008 bringing with her over 13 years of experience managing staffing, employee compensation, benefits, labour relations and general HR Administration. She loves working and interacting with people, recognizing that an organization’s greatest assets are its people. Tracy-Ann recently completed her master’s degree in human resource management with Liverpool Online University. In her spare time, Tracy-Ann loves charity work, puzzling and photography.
Charlotte joined SteppingStones in 2019 as the dedicated Legal Recruiter and specialises in the placement of fee-earners and other legal professionals. As well as working closely with the law firms here in Cayman, she also assists firms in other offshore jurisdictions such as Bermuda, the BVI and Hong Kong.
Charlotte was called to the Bar of England and Wales in 2013 and thereafter had a successful career as a barrister at 1 Crown Office Row Chambers. Her extensive legal experience and market knowledge mean that she is uniquely placed to understand the needs of clients and candidates alike and to provide an exceptional service.
Charlotte enjoys making the most of everything Cayman has to offer and can usually be found participating in some sort of outdoor activity and enjoying the fantastic weather and lifestyle here on Island!
Alistair relocated from Edinburgh to the Cayman Islands to join the SteppingStones team in February 2017 bringing with him a wealth of experience. He has worked in recruitment for almost 10 years and specialised in International Accountancy and Finance recruitment in the UK. Over the years Alistair has helped a number of professionals relocate to the Island and always had aspirations of moving to Cayman himself.
Alistair has since helped dozens of candidates secure roles on Island across multiple industries. Alistair has always adopted a detailed and thorough approach to recruitment and has a real passion for assisting clients and candidates alike. His global knowledge of recruitment means he is always ready to provide advice and to help professionals find their dream position.
When he is not at work, Alistair enjoys playing football, tennis, cricket and golf. If he is not playing sport, he is enjoying spending time at one of the Island’s many stunning beaches, bars and restaurants.
Milly is the founder and Managing Director of SteppingStones and has had the privilege of calling Cayman home for the past 27 years. Throughout her time on the Island Milly has worked within recruitment agencies and for financial service providers within talent acquisition and development roles. Milly has an in-depth understanding of attracting and retaining talent human capital and of all of the challenges that businesses in Cayman and this region can face. One of Milly’s proudest moments was achieving the IIP Platinum accreditation which confirmed the organisation’s following values: creativity, passion, competence, pride, honesty, dedication, community-mindedness, empathy, professionalism, friendliness, and fun are truly ingrained in the company’s culture.
Milly’s is dedicated to ensuring every single member of her team can become their very best self and she will support and challenge each person tirelessly to ensure this is achieved. Milly has served as President and a Director of the Cayman Islands Equestrian Federation, as a Director of the Cayman Islands Society of Human Resource Professionals and is currently a member of the National Gallery Human Resources Committee.
When she is not in the office you will find her with her husband and three children, on a horse, in the water, or otherwise enjoying the company of good friends.
Rosie relocated from London to Cayman in 2011 and immediately joined the SteppingStones team. She holds her Bachelors degree from St. Mary’s University College in English with Professional & Creative Writing and has her International Leadership & Management Qualification (ILM). Rosie has worked her way up through SteppingStones having started as a Staffing Coordinator and then being promoted to Recruitment Manager in July 2016.
In addition to managing her team, Rosie continues to have a hands-on approach to running a recruitment desk and specialises in Executive and C-Suite level roles. Rosie’s passion for people is her driving force.Her awareness and knowledge of the local and international market, in addition to her commitment to clients and candidates alike, mean that she is always ready for the next challenge.
When she is not working, Rosie can be found spending time with her family out and about around the Island. She considers herself to be SteppingStones’s biggest fan and loves being a part of the Investors in People Platinum winning team.
Pam has lived and worked in the Cayman Islands for more than sixteen years and brings with her a wealth of knowledge and experience of the Cayman Islands Immigration Law, Labour Law, and the local and international recruitment landscape.
Having been with SteppingStones since 2008 and as current General Manager, Pam has been largely influential in the success of the company to date. Pam has worked with clients and staff to provide excellent Immigration services and payroll and benefit administration. She uses her expertise and knowledge to provide tailored solutions to problems.
Pam is recognised as an Associate CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development) and is a member of the Cayman Islands Society of Human Resource Professionals and has obtained the International Leadership & Management Qualification (ILM).
Pam loves the outdoors lifestyle that Cayman has to offer and thrives on being active. You will often see her out training in the early hours of the mornings or running around after her kids during the more sociable hours of the day.
