Dr. Yin, who is originally from Malaysia, has been practicing medicine in the Cayman Islands for over twenty years and is the founder of Seven Mile Medical Clinic. She is registered with both the General Medical Council in the United Kingdom and the Cayman Islands Medical and Dental Council. Dr. Yin trained at Queens University, Belfast. She has a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery and Bachelor of Obstetrics and Gynaeocology. She continued her training at the Royal Victoria Hospital and Belfast City Hospital. Her special interests include preventative health, women''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''s life-long health management, youth obesity and geriatric medicine.
In addition to English, Dr. Yin is also fluent in Malay and Cantonese. Dr. Yin is actively involved in the community - particularly with the Cayman Islands Cancer Society, the Cayman Heart Fund, the Cayman Islands Swimming Association and the Youth Obesity Taskforce. In recognition of her services to medicine and the community she was awarded the Cayman Islands Certificate of Honour. She has also been presented with a Paul Harris Fellow award from the Rotary Club of Grand Cayman Sunrise.

Dr. Enoka Richens is a Board Certified Family Physician and a Member of the Canadian College of Family Physicians. She has been practicing medicine in the Cayman Islands since December 2006. In addition to English, Dr. Richens also speaks Sinhallese.
Dr. Med. Ulrich Ecke is board certified in Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery and Allergology. He completed his medical education at Tulane University Medical School, New Orleans, LA and University of Magdeburg (Germany). Dr. Ecke''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''s residency was completed at the Mainz University Department of Otolaryngology (Germany). His clinical interests besides ear, nose and throat consultations include evaluation and treatment of allergy, obstructive sleep apnea, sinus and nasal disease, hearing loss and balance disorders. He is trained in all fields of head and neck surgery such as nose and sinus surgery, and ear surgery. Dr. Ecke is also trained in all areas of pediatric otolaryngology. Common procedures include tonsillectomy, tonsillotomy, adenoidectomy and insertion of pressure-equalizing tubes.

Kristen joined the Clinic in May 2010. She trained in Chicago, Illinois and completed her internship at the Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, Florida. She is a member of the American Dietetic Association and is registered as a Dietitian in the United States and the Cayman Islands. Her special interests include nutritional issues related to diabetes care, obesity, heart disease prevention, cholesterol and blood pressure management, sports nutrition and general healthy eating practices. Kristen volunteers with the Cayman Heart Fund, Cayman Islands Diabetes Association and the Youth Obesity Taskforce.
Kristen is the facilitator of the weight loss programs offered at the Clinic.

Christine is originally from Jamaica but has called the Cayman Islands home for over twenty years. She joined the clinic in January 2010 and handles all non-clinical and administrative matters. Christine is actively involved with the Cayman Islands Cancer Society, Rotary Club of Grand Cayman Sunrise and volunteers for several other non-profit organizations.
Christine is a trained Smoking Cessation Facilitator and offers smoking cessation classes and advice at the Clinic.

Jacqueline who is from Jamaica joined the Clinic staff in September 2010. Jackie is a Medical Technologist by profession and assists the doctors with phlebotomy, (which is the taking of blood). Jackie also assists with administrative duties in the office.

Alice, who is originally from Cayman, has been with the clinic for over 20 years and will usually be the first person you encounter at the clinic or the voice at the end of the phone when you call to make an appointment or speak to a doctor.
