Please note that as a C-TPAT validated operator, all of our cargo terminals have strict security and safety requirements imposed by the U.S. Coast Guard, U.S. Customs, and other authorities. There are many standard restrictions for truck drivers to enter these secure ports. For example, no additional passengers such as minors are allowed in our terminal facilities. Similar rules exist for other port facilities whether operated by Seaboard Marine or third parties.
