Let me introduce myself as a Realtor in the industry for the past 10 years.
Born and raised and educated in the Cayman Islands. Having studied in the Miami Florida and Cleveland Tenn, I count myself very fortunate to have experiences , friendships with the North American people of which I feel as been a great asset to me as it gave me great experience with dealing with people from all the world
After working for 2 companies in the pass, and in 2009 when the market took a downturn, I decided to take some time off to do Property Management to my own Personal Properties , and to study Internet Marketing so when the Market turned around I would have some good cutting Edge knowledge of how to market Real Estate : Rentals, Homes, Apartments , Land in a effective manner
Thankfully the later half of 2014 saw the market turning around and bouncing back and I am proud to now launch my own Company : “ Sand Dollar” Real Estate
