Sandra Simmons Sandra or “Sandi”, has been working in the Real Estate/Property Management business since 1993. After university, she worked with her father, Property Developer/ Businessman Daniel “Mike” Simmons, in his business Simmons Enterprises. Armed with a wealth of real estate experience she then started Regal Realty with co-founder Michael Day in 2004. Along with sales, Sandi also deals with the Property Management/Rental side of the business.
Michael spent 18 years as a lending banker before deciding to switch careers and open Regal Realty. He brings with him a wealth of knowledge about banking lending practices and is happy to assist Regal’s customers with their borrowing requirements. Originally from England, he has lived in the Cayman Islands since 1980 and has an in-depth knowledge of the local property market as well as many contacts within the broader business community. Tony was born and raised in Vancouver, Canada and has made Grand Cayman his home for the past fifteen years. Prior to becoming a realtor, Tony has over 20 years of executive experience in sales and marketing. In Vancouver, he owned his own distribution business in the automotive supply industry. In Grand Cayman, he worked in perhaps an equally competitive industry as real estate – the distribution of products to the food and beverage industry including Cayman Brac and Little Cayman. He has served for the past five years as a volunteer advisor in the Junior Achievement of the Cayman Islands Program. Rob originally hails from New Zealand with a Civil Engineering background. He spent twenty years in Vancouver Canada in all aspects of Real Estate residential and commercial sales and leasing.

Anthony Lawson was born and raised in Cayman Islands Grand Cayman. Anthony started his career in real estate in 2005 with Regal Realty Ltd. Anthony also worked in the construction industry as a foreman and project manager. Len has been active in the struggle against domestic abuse and sits as Chairperson of the Board of Directors of The Cayman Islands Crisis Centre, a safe shelter for women who are victims of domestic abuse and their children.
