Before you leave the clinic, we will provide you with a continuing care plan, detailing the costs and the necessary appointments.

Protocol for Rescheduling or Cancelling
When you schedule an appointment with us, we set aside that specific time exclusively for your care. We are dedicated to minimizing any waiting time, as we understand that your time is valuable. Nevertheless, we acknowledge that unforeseen situations can necessitate appointment adjustments.

Given the importance of time in a dental clinic, we kindly request a minimum of two business days' notice for cancellations. This allows us to offer the reserved time to another patient in need of our services. Please be aware that My Island Dentist reserves the right to decline treatment to any individual when our team, including the doctor, dental assistant, hygienist, or receptionist, deems it appropriate.
