When I started to think about how fortunate I was to be living on an island, and The Cayman Islands at that, I realized I wanted to share my passion for island living and the JASDIP lifestyle with others. So I found my way from worldly travels to the island of Cayman Brac in 1993. I worked as a Dive Instructor and Boat Captain for several years before taking over the role of Dive Operations Manager in 2001 which quickly morphed into the role of General Manager of Divi Tiara Beach Resort. It was here that I learned about property management and development so that in 2006 when I moved to the “BIG” island I was primed with 13 years of JASDIP lifestyle and real estate development and sales knowledge and experience. I took on the role of Property Manager for the 69 unit complex – The Grandview Condos – and in 2007 joined a luxury real estate company where I focused my real estate career in the condo / villa sector. I am originally from Yorkshire, England. Before moving to the Cayman Islands 27 years ago, I travelled around the world visiting 95 countries. So, I have extensive knowledge of international skills.
I have worked on cruise ships, drove an amphibious tour bus, and even co-piloted the wonderful Atlantis submarine!
