My personal trainer, Alton Williams, has been very dedicated to assisting me to achieve success. At each training session he emphasizes that this is now my new lifestyle. He acknowledges that how I look is indeed important, but the real value of living a fit lifestyle is a need to go. Weight lifting is only a small part of my training with him. With Alton's training I am able to not onlyget into a routine that I look forward to every week, but also see and feel thereal benefits of being a part of an adult group personal training. Alton's knowledge and understanding of what each of his client's needs are veryimportant to him. He can be tough yet at the same time very encouraging and motivating. I have been part of the 60 days challenge and Ican confirm that on a daily basis Alton is applying is "motto" of No whining, no quitting just results! It was a great experience and after training at home for several months it was the change I needed to be motivated and see great results. With his constant supervision during the day by text message/email for our food intake and his daily encouraging words and little stories in the Wellness program Formula to successreceived each morning by email, I was able to achieve a goal of whole health! I will return to training with Alton after my vacation as I know for sure that the variety of exercises he brings everyday will keep me on the right track and I will never be bored about it.
