The Integra Dermatology Service, focused on clinical dermatology, covers the fully range of immunological, inflammatory, benign and malignant skin conditions. We are privileged to have two dermatologists with a special interest in skin cancer detection & management (Dr Alison Duncan & Dr Davide Altamura), one of whom holds an advanced interest in skin cancer detection for which he is Internationally recognised. They are backed up by the latest AI-driven total body mole-mapping scanner for the detection and monitoring of melanoma, the very first in the whole of the Americas, illustrating our commitment to offering a leading service for the patients of the Cayman Islands. Dr Alison Duncan has an additional interest in Child and Adolescent skin conditions, working closely with our paediatric team and Dr Marinova in particular, to ensure children receive a comprehensive service. Dr Davide Altamura is an accomplished and accredited dermatosurgeon, and both dermatologists cover the full range of non-malignant skin conditions, including inflammatory and immunological problems, as well as hair and scalp-related issues.
