SEPT 23 - Pageant Prep Workshop with Miss World Cayman Islands (6:00 PM)
SEPT 30 - Environmental Sustainability Presentation (6:00 PM)
Girl Power is a free mentoring and training programme started in 2018 for young ladies between the ages of 15 and 26 interested in pageantry. We encourage young ladies who wish to enter a pageant at some point n future to take part in Girl Power right away to receive the sort of advice and well-rounded perspectives that will help them excel in competition.
Each girl receives opportunities to increase their knowledge and broaden their inerests in topics like Health and Well-Being, University Scholarships, Mental Illness, Basic Automobile Care, Women’s Health, Interview Skills, Environment, Pageantry, etc. Girl Power does at least 1 presentation a month (volunteers come in to present different topics) and we do at least 1 community service project to give back to our friends and neighbors..
Girl Power Ltd is a local registered non-for-profit and our committee members are all volunteers who use their spare time to help these young ladies to succeed!
