Mr Ebanks concentrated in Accounting and Finance at Loyola University and has over 15 years of experience in the sales and marketing industries. His achievements include management experience with Enterprise Rent A Car, the largest car rental company in the world. He was General Manager and Vice President of the Tortuga Rum Company in the Cayman Islands.
Mrs Sohan-Ebanks is a chartered accountant and is a member of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA). She has over 10 years of post-qualification experience and is currently the Financial Controller at Island Companies in the Cayman Islands.
Mr. Matthew Wight is the Managing Director of the NCB Group, which is comprised of several companies in a wide variety of business across the island. NCB Group is also an industry leader in the development of commercial and residential premises.
The combined and diverse skills of the Company’s directors create a very unique, efficient and successful management team. We are a 100% Caymanian owned business.

Fluff and Fold retail is located on Market Street in Camana Bay. The Company is strategically located in capital city and in close vicinity of other shops as well as the main commercial and financial centre of Grand Cayman. Specifically the Company is located in a shopping centre where there is a heavy traffic of customers. Via the shopping centre, we can offer customers a “one stop shop” atmosphere, clean surroundings and ample parking.
Fluff n Fold Commercial is located on Sparky Drive in the Industrial park area. Our close to 4,000 square foot facility is elevated nine feet and has a large capacity generator for any power outages. We are located directly behind CUC and across the street from the Water Authority so we are guaranteed to be the first laundry facility up and running in the event of a Hurricane or natural disaster.

All equipment has been installed and serviced by The Appliance Guru. We have obtained extended warranties on our new equipment and in the event that we have a breakdown, we always have a back up. We are the only laundry company that has two roller presses.

We have entered an agreement with Ecolab Chemical Company through Hews Janitorial and they are our exclusive laundry chemical provider. Ecolab knows the hospitality laundry business better than anyone. They stay up to date on the challenges you face daily: heavy soils, demanding guests, total cost management and pressure to remain sustainable. Ecolab’s laundry program features advanced technology specifically designed to remove tough soils found in the hospitality business.
