How long will the juice last?
DFJ will not sell juice that has been made more than 3 hours ago. Vegetable juice can last up to 12 hours in a fridge and maintain great taste with optimal nutritional value. Fruit Juice can last up to 6 hours in afridge and maintain great taste with optimal nutritional value.
Is there sugar or anything else added to the juice?
ABSOLUTELY NOT. DFJ adds nothing to the juice. All flavor profiles are achieved directly from the fruits and vegetables.
Does DFJ use locally grown ingredients in its juices?
DFJ makes every effort to utilize produce grown locally when the ingredients are in season and available. DFJ buys calalloo (its main source of chlorophyll in the Green Juice) fresh every morning and begins juicing this potent ingredient to serve to you within hours of it being cut from the ground.
Does DFJ use organic ingredients in its juices?
DFJ buys organic products when available however some of its ingredients are not offered organically in Cayman. DFJ has invested in the highest quality stainless steel twin gear masticating juicers available on the market today which removes more than 90 % of agricultural chemicals and toxic substances from the surface of fruits and vegetables.
Is DFJ available on the weekends?
DFJ currently does not make normally scheduled stops during the weekend however if you are on a special juice program we will work with you on the continuity of your program. We offer weekend delivery which is based on location.
How can I serve DFJ at my special event?
We can provide juices either in our standard compostable 14 oz cup or we can provide juices in half gallon and gallon containers which are then shared on-site.
We recommend that a delivery time is scheduled very close to when the juices will actually be enjoyed – so they are FRESH.
