Dr. Komal Lawrence is a Doctor of Internal Medicine who has been working with patients at the Chrissie Tomlinson Memorial Hospital since 2007. Dr. Lawrence earned her Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery at the University of the West Indies (MONA Campus). She then did post-graduate residency training at Johns Hopkins University/Sinai Hospital Program in Internal Medicine in Baltimore, Maryland where she was awarded Outstanding Achievement in Ambulatory Medicine. Dr. Lawrence is a Diplomat of the American Board of Internal Medicine and a member of the American College of Physicians.

In addition to her practice in the Cayman Islands, Dr. Lawrence has practiced in Cornwall General Hospital in Montego Bay, Jamaica and at Johns Hopkins University/Sinai Hospital.

Dr. Lawrence specialises in Internal Medicine—which includes management of chronic illnesses and in-patient care for acutely unwell patients in the CTMH in-patient ward. She also specialises in rhuematology, diabetes management and hypertension.

Dr. Lawrence has been married for 4 years to Mr. Raymond Anthony, also with CTMH.
