How To Pay
Cayman Water bills may be paid by cash or check at the Cayman Water offices located in the Regatta Office Park on West Bay Road.
The cash office is located on the fourth floor of the Windward 3 building and is open from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Monday - Friday.
A payment drop box is also located at the cash office and payments may be dropped off anytime.
Bills may be paid by mail by check only. Please do not mail cash.

You can pay your Cayman Water bill online through all of the local retail banks. Check with your bank to set up online access to your bank accounts and online bill paying for Cayman Water bills.
Setting up a Standing Order
Currently, direct debit (standing order) is not available as a payment option for Cayman Water bills.

Cayman Water is the drinking water utility for the Seven Mile Beach area and West Bay District of Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands. The Company has been providing piped water and trucked water to Grand Cayman since 1973. Cayman Water is a wholly owned subsidiary of Consolidated Water Co. Ltd., a Cayman Islands company.
Online Access to Your Account

Cayman Water customers can now access their account information online! Simply click the 'View Your Account' button on this page and register to see your statements, view trends in your water usage, communicate with Cayman Water and find links to bank sites where you can pay your bill. Registered MyAccount users can now receive email notifications when their Cayman Water bills are ready. MyAccount users can also choose to go completely Paperless and do away with their physical bills.
Simply login to MyAccount, select 'Edit profile' at the top right and click on the 'E-Billing' tab located below the blue text box. Tick the 'Paperless' and 'Bill E-mail Notification' tick boxes. Checking ‘Paperless’ will stop your physical bill from being mailed out and selecting ‘Bill E-mail Notification’ will automatically send an e-mail message to your registered MyAccount email address as soon as your bill is ready.
