Andrea has been involved in the Cayman Islands property sales and rentals for over 25 years and is a veteran of the business and financial industry for the past 46 years. Working in Sales at Morritts Properties in Colliers, East End, a time-share resort; providing management and marketing services for the Canadian developer who pioneered condominium projects on Seven Mile Beach, and the first time-share resort on the island, Plantation Village, as the time-share administrator and manager of its Marketing & Sales. She also managed other large scale condominium resorts on Seven Mile Beach. As recent as 2009 Andrea managed over 100 rental apartments together with numerous commercial down-town George Town buildings for investors from the United Kingdom. She was heavily involved in making insurance claims and handling project management and restoration for several Hurricane Ivan damaged properties in 2004-2005.
Andrea is renown for her sumptuos food, as owner of a most popular and internationally known restaurant and catering services business for over 20 years.
Taking early retirement in 2007 from a top rated Law firm as a legal secretary and personal assistant to two partners, she decided that not being busy and productive was not her life style and launched her Real Estate Sales and Rentals business, with CaymanSunRealty.ky web page which is facilitated through and maintained by the islands most active online marketing entity, EcayOnLine. Serving clients from the UK, Ireland, USA, Canada, the Caribbean and as far away as the Czech Republic, has been a most rewarding experience. She has a host of local clientele who attest to her professionalism.
Proud of being a sixth generation Caymanian, living here all her life, Andrea knows the island inside out, watching it grow from the days of mosquitoes, no telephones and electricity into the cosmopolitan and most sought after Island Tax Haven in the Caribbean and Western Hemisphere, by people from all over the world.
