Cayman Kai Development Ltd. is the original developer of Cayman Kai. Kai is an Hawaiian term meaning “by the sea”. It was the vision of the Dise family to transform over 400 acres of uninhabited, lush, tropical land into an exclusive upscale subdivision with most of the half acre parcels of land facing water. The end result is an absolutely stunning array of private executive residences enjoying the breezy North Coast, charming gingerbread cottages lapping up the waters on a white sand beach, vacation retreats with their own boat dock on a private canal, and luxury condominium complexes nestled on a secluded cove. With sensible restrictive building covenants in place, they ensured the quality and consistency of construction and maintained the quiet beauty of the area.

Mikol Dise is the owner of Cayman Kai Development Ltd. With the development of the community complete, he is now very actively involved in the sales and purchases of property in Cayman Kai.
