Heidi A. Kiss, is the Licensed Partner, Broker/Advisor of Engel & Volkers Cayman Islands and has more than 18 years of success in the real estate industry. Heidi, is a Canadian citizen from Prince Albert, Saskatchewan, first discovered her love for real estate when her family developed farm land into 17 estate lots, located 20 minutes outside of Toronto in 1993. Taking the experience she gained in dealing with municipality planning departments, along with environmental departments and other government agencies, she moved to Florida where she completed her Florida Real Estate Exam and sold beach front condos in 1996 and 1997.
Moving to the beautiful paradise island of Grand Cayman, Heidi bought and sold property of her own and later acquired her Cayman Islands Real Estate Association License. She started selling Grand Cayman real estate in early 2004 and joined John H. May at Capital Realty Ltd in January 2005.

Phillip grew up in Cayman and left to further his education in the United States after completing high school. After receiving his Bachelor of Arts Degree, he remained in the United States working for the National Flag Carrier, Cayman Airways. He later returned home to do a stint in Condominium Management with a luxury condo on Seven Mile Beach, at the same time working on attaining his Masters Degree. His excellent customer care skills and knowledge of the aviation business prompted Cayman Airways to call him back to that field where he progressed through the ranks to the top position of Senior Vice President of Marketing and Sales. He later left the aviation business to manage his family’s furniture and interior design business before transitioning into the Real Estate business.

Michelle Watler is from Toronto, Canada and brings with her international experience in real estate from Canada and Hong Kong. Whilst at university, Michelle assisted her parents with their real estate business, which included property management, residential mortgages, condominium and home sales. She obtained her licence under the Ontario Real Estate Association and has been registered with the Toronto Real Estate Board since 2006. She also worked at State Building Group in their Promenade Park Presentation Centre promoting the sale of new luxury condominiums.
In addition to real estate, Michelle is also a licenced teacher. She obtained a Bachelor of Education from UOIT and has been a member of the Ontario College of Teachers since 2009. She relocated to Hong Kong that year and taught at a Canadian International School for over five years. During her time in Hong Kong, she met her husband, who is from Cayman, and they relocated back to Grand Cayman in 2014.

Guylaine Pomerleau is from Sherbrooke, Canada, where she obtained her University degree, a town about an hour away from the Greater Montreal. She speaks English, French, Spanish and a touch of German. After living across Latin America and the Caribbean, Guylaine landed in Cayman in 2007 with her husband from Germany and her now teenage son who attends the Cayman Islands International School.
