The difference being it is all done while acting as the Clients Agent, in your best interest and everything is done completely Open Book ensuring that the Client is constantly and fully aware of all pricing from the 1st cost stage through the completed works.

Our Fees are covered under CAM charges and form part of the annual maintenance of the property.
Our services include weekly and extra ordinary site inspections, tenant trouble shooting, monthly reports and much more.
