The Brasserie Market is a fashionable café where locals come to get made to order salads, European style sandwiches, healthy hot food specialties, and the island’s best coffee. The market is focused on sourcing the freshest local ingredients from island farmers, the Brasserie Garden, and their own fishing boat. They provide healthy and flavorful cuisine and take pride in serving only fresh vegetables, house-made soups, stews, hot foods, and dressings.  They are front-runners on the island in green practices using all biodegradable products.

Breakfast and lunch is  prepared in house daily with no added preservatives right in front of their customers in the immaculate – state of the art kitchen.

At the Brasserie Market, they employ the Barrington Coffee Roasting Company exclusively and fly in their "roast to order" artisan coffee beans weekly to ensure that each coffee they serve is made from beans which are at their peak for freshness and flavour.  Additional choices include organic loose leaf tea exclusively from Divinitea served in biodegradable tea bags

Using earth friendly products, the Market is proud to do its part to help reduce the waste on Cayman, as well as following other green practices like composting waste and using organic fertilization and environmentally safe cleaning products in an attempt to raise the level of environmental consciousness in the Cayman Islands.
