Tim Hepburn is a Director of the BCQS Group. Tim joined the company in 2000, having spent close to a decade practicing in the UK. He specialises in the day to day and strategic management of commercial and residential property.
Michael Baulk worked in private practice in London for over a decade before joining the BCQS Property Management Group in 2005. Michael has a wide range of experience including acquisitions, disposals and landlord and tenant negotiations, specializing in the day-to-day and strategic management of residential Strata and commercial properties.

Colleen moved to the Cayman Islands in 2008 with the intention of staying for 6 months but just a short month later met her now husband and has been happily living in Cayman ever since. Colleen has primarily worked in the Rental field since 2010 and has been working with BCQS Property Management as both a Property Manager and Rental Agent since 2013. Risa has lived in the Cayman Islands since 2000 and during her time here has always been involved in the property sector.
