Has 50 years’ experience in all aspects of development, construction, and property management advice within the Caribbean region. He is a Fellow of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, the world’s leading property organization, chairman of Bould Consulting Limited. President of several property development and holding companies having developed for his own account office buildings, luxury residential condominiums, houses, warehousing, shopping centers and sports clubs. He is an Arbitrator, Mediator and Expert Witness for and Lecturer on, construction claims both large and small throughout the region. Martyn was appointed a Member of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire (MBE) by Her Majesty, Queen 11 in 2012.

Andrew Thomas (FCCA)
Chartered Accountant with substantial
Andrew Thomas is a Chartered Accountant with substantial experience from various industries in the Cayman Islands and Jamaica. His accounting career started as an audit senior at Coopers and Lybrand accounting firm in Jamaica. He was employed by Singer Sewing Machine Company in the capacity of Chief Accountant. Andrew has established himself as the ‘go to’ Accountant for accounting services and has assisted small to medium entrepreneurs to develop a more professional business approach and to establish better accountability through sound accounting practices, with a plan for financial success.

Pierre Dandie
Property Manager
Pierre is a highly motivated Property Manager very responsive and follows through to complete the task. He has worked in the customer service industry in the Cayman Islands for over 10 years and has excellent problem-solving skills. He can work closely with owners and tenants as well as local service providers in a very professional and courteous manner.
Pierre is a property manager based out of the Cayman Islands office. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management and operations of several office and residential/strata properties.
Pierre has strong administrative skills, a deep knowledge of contracts and property accounting, and excellent communication skills. He is responsible for initiating and dispatching work order requests to building engineers/contractors and following up on those requests, overseeing the local accounts receivable and payable functions and working with the accounting teams, maintaining lease data, preparing property budgets, and overseeing tenant relations.

Eddie Dixon
Mechanical Engineer
Eddie inspects all community spaces daily to identify problems with litter, mechanical failure, or breakdowns. He conducts repairs for plumbing, electrical and safety systems in tenants’ units as required and ensures the parking lot and sidewalks are free from litter and debris.
Eddie maintain sprinkler systems and trash receptacles on the premises on strata’s and commercial buildings. He also ensures that pools are kept properly topped up with water and clear of debris.
He inspects and test the performance of in-unit appliances, such as refrigerators, microwaves, stoves, ovens, and coffee maker and responds to requests from property managers and maintenance services as needed.
Eddie is a very reliable handyman, who prides himself in getting the job done properly.
