Osetrabay was conceived, designed and built for dining pleasure. Michael Alberga a local lawyer and businessman joined forces with James Sedgley, a 15 year veteran of fine dining directorship in London to bring the most exquisite gastronomic experience to The Cayman Islands, one of the world's most exclusive destinations.

 

They enlisted the help of Cayman's premier designer and builder John Hurlstone to create a unique venue that embodied the rustic elegance of St Tropez and the relaxed ambience of South Beach. One thing remained to find a head chef that shared their vision and had a passion for creating exceptional cusine. After an exhaustive search the solution arrived from Canada in the shape of Joseph Watters. With the focus on providing exceptional world cusine enhanced by the freshest Caribbean ingredients, Joseph drew on his experiences having trained and worked in some of the finest establishments in Europe. Above all Joseph's goal is to create dishes at Osetrabay that will surprise and endear those who are seeking the finest dining experience in the Caribbean.
